Three Programmes, Two Platforms
Renue By Science runs three programmes across two platforms: a customer referral + loyalty programme (Talkable), a general affiliate programme (Refersion), and a TikTok affiliate programme. Knowing which one a customer is asking about is the key to helping them.

The Referral Programme (Talkable)
Two Ways to Refer
There are two referral paths, both powered by Talkable:

How a Customer Becomes an Advocate
- Customer logs into their Shopify account at renuebyscience.com
- Visits either /pages/share (standalone) or /pages/loyalty (loyalty programme)
- Once logged in, they are enrolled as an advocate and receive a personal share link (e.g.
share.renuebyscience.com/x/ESNsvG)

How the Share Link Works
- Advocate copies their share link from the loyalty page and sends it to a friend
- Friend clicks the link and sees a 20% off popup
- Friend enters their email, clicks "GET MY 20% OFF" -- Talkable generates a unique coupon
- Coupon auto-applies at checkout (no manual code entry needed)
- Advocate earns 50 loyalty points

The Checkout "Have been referred by a friend?" Button
At checkout, customers can type a friend's name to get a referral discount. This only works if the advocate has set up a "Share by Name" username first (via the person icon on the referral popup). Most advocates have not done this, so most lookups return "Couldn't find advocate."

General Affiliate Programme (Refersion)
Creators, bloggers, health professionals, and influencers apply at renuebyscience.com/pages/affiliates-renue. Once approved, they get a tracking link and earn commission on sales through Refersion.
TikTok Affiliate Programme
Separate programme for TikTok creators with higher rates: 20% standard RBS, 30% Renue Blue, 25% flash sale/LIVE. Page: /pages/tiktok-affiliate.

To redeem your loyalty points:
- Log in at renuebyscience.com
- Go to renuebyscience.com/pages/loyalty
- Convert your points into a voucher (discount code)
- Enter the code at checkout in the "Discount code" box
Note: works on US site only, full-price items, cannot combine with other discounts or subscriptions.
Please check: (1) you are on renuebyscience.com (not .com.au), (2) no other discount code is applied, (3) you are purchasing at full price (not subscription). If it still fails, send me the code and I will look into it -- we can refund the amount after you order if needed.
Referral rewards can take a few days. For tracking to work, your friend must click your personal share link (from renuebyscience.com/pages/loyalty) before purchasing. If they went to the site directly, the system cannot link their purchase to you.
If it has been more than a week, send me both email addresses and the order number and I will investigate.
The name lookup requires your friend to have set up a specific username in the system. Most people have not done this. The easiest method: ask your friend to log in at renuebyscience.com/pages/loyalty, copy their share link, and send it to you. Clicking that link gives you 20% off automatically.
Your referral link gives your friend 20% off. You earn 50 loyalty points when they purchase. "$5 off" on some pages refers to a different campaign variant -- your share link provides 20%.
Log in at renuebyscience.com, go to renuebyscience.com/pages/loyalty, and your share link will be displayed. If new, click "JOIN NOW" first. Copy and share via text, email, or social media.
The referral programme is available on the AU store. You can access it at renuebyscience.com.au/pages/share. The floating widget and post-purchase popup should also appear for AU visitors. Note: the loyalty points page (/pages/loyalty) is only on the US site -- it does not exist on the AU store. If you are having trouble, send me the details and I will investigate.
Our affiliate program (separate from referrals) lets you earn commission. Apply at renuebyscience.com/pages/affiliates-renue. TikTok creators: contact Maria Correia (mariac@renuebyscience.com) for higher rates.
Click the link in the referral email to claim the offer (discount should auto-apply at checkout). If not, check for a coupon code email from rewards@offers.talkable.com or rewards@share.renuebyscience.com and enter it in the "Discount code" box. If it still fails, forward the email to us -- we can apply the discount manually.
Known Issues & Workarounds
